For 2023, charges for a single-family unit are $35 a quarter, or $140 per year.
Bills are sent out four times a year - January, April, July and October. If a property owner chooses to pay more than one quarter, they should figure the per unit cost and multiply it by the number of quarters they wish to pay. The payment will then be posted, and they will not be billed again until all of the payment has been applied.
Please note that the District does not mail statements when an account posts a credit balance.
Accepted Methods of Payment
The District accepts check or money order via mail, and check, money order, or cash in the office. Many property owners utilize "bill pay" through their financial institution, a form of automated payment in which a paper check is sent to the office.
The District is excited to announce that it will be offering electronic payment methods and email billing in 2023. The District has partnered with Next Bill Pay to offer electronic payment options and will be mailing registration info with the first billings in 2023.
Late Charges
If payment has not been received by the due date, a late charge of $5.00 per unit, per quarter may be assessed
