The Westridge Sanitation District was incorporated in 1953, and provides sanitary sewer service for property owners in the southwest area of the City of Wheat Ridge. Westridge is designated as a Special District, and is not part of the City of Wheat Ridge government, although the two entities coordinate work within their mutual boundaries.
Westridge is one of the original members of the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District. All wastewater in the District is treated at the Metro facility, which serves a large portion of Denver and the surrounding suburban area.
For 2019, the quarterly fee will be $30 per unit, per quarter, totaling $120 per year (4 quarters x $30 = $120) for a single-family equivalent unit.
This is a $2.00 per quarter increase in rates.
Please click on the "Billing and Fees" tab for current charges.
Note that the District no longer sends reminders when payment has not been received by the date due. Payment is due the last day of the month billed; past due payments will be assessed a late fee as allowed by law.
