TO PAY YOUR BILL Please mail in a check or money order – do not send cash through the mail! Many residents utilize the “bill pay” feature at their financial institution, in which they request the payment, which is then submitted to the District via paper check. If this is your preferred method of payment, please see that your District account number, which may be found on the lower left portion of your billing statement, is included to ensure proper credit.
The District does not have a drop box. If necessary, payment may be deposited through the mail slot in the door of the District office, which is Suite 101. Be sure to include the small portion of your billing stub with your payment, and enclose it in the return envelope that was sent with your statement.
The District is excited to announce that it will be offering electronic payment methods and email billing in 2023. The District has partnered with Next Bill Pay to offer electronic payment options and will be mailing registration info with the first billings in 2023.
2023 SEWER BILLINGS Due to a supply chain delay with the District's envelope provider, the 1st quarter 2023 sewer billings will be delayed. The District expects to receive the billing envelopes early February and to have bills mailed shortly their after. Please note, the due dates for 1st quarter sewer billings will be adjusted to reflect the delay in billings.
