TO PAY YOUR BILL
To minimize District expenses, charge/debit card payments and electronic transfers are not accepted.

Please mail in a check or money order – do not send cash through the mail!

Many residents utilize the “bill pay” feature at their financial institution, in which they request the payment, which is then submitted to the District via paper check.  If this is your preferred method of payment, please see that your District account number, which may be found on the lower left portion of your billing statement, is included to ensure proper credit.

The District does not have a drop box.  If necessary, payment may be deposited through the mail slot in the door of the District office, which is Suite 101.  Be sure to include the small portion of your billing stub with your payment, and enclose it in the return envelope that was sent with your statement.  Thank you.

Welcome!
The Westridge Sanitation District was incorporated in 1953, and provides sanitary sewer service for property owners in the southwest area of the City of Wheat Ridge. Westridge is designated as a Special District, and is not part of the City of Wheat Ridge government, although the two entities coordinate work within their mutual boundaries.

Westridge is one of the original members of  the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District.  All wastewater in the District is treated at the Metro facility, which serves a large portion of Denver and the surrounding suburban area.

2022 District Charges

For 2022, the quarterly fee will be $35 per unit, per quarter, totaling $140 per year (4 quarters x $35 = $140) for a single-family equivalent unit.

Please click on the "Billing and Fees" tab for more information.

Note that the District no longer sends reminders when payment has not been received by the date due.  Payment is due the last day of the month billed; past due payments will be assessed a late fee as allowed by law.
